Music in the Mountains w/ Ron Gentry & Plein Air Art Show

Wrap up Virginia Wine Month at DuCard. Sit by a fire pit on our patio or in the pavilion in the foothills of the Blue Ridge and soak up the views. Then grab a glass of your favorite wine and settle in to enjoy the music of Ron Gentry. He began his musical journey as a child singing in the Children’s Choir. It was there that he developed a love for singing as a way to express himself. His childhood home was filled with the sounds of Motown, The Beatles, CCR, The Stones, Hendrix and many other artists from the 1960s musical era. After a 25-year career as a manufacturers’ representative for Fender Musical Instruments Corp. and Kaman Music, Ron is back in Charlottesville and doing what he enjoys most…playing a variety of great music in a way that only Ron can.

We will also have on display the Plein Air paintings of our beautiful scenery from the Firnew Farm Artist’s Circle. The works of art will be on display and available for purchase.
