DuCard Vineyards and l’etoile Catering are teaming up to offer a four course brunch and wine pairing to enjoy from the comfort and safety of your own home. Utilizing organic and local sustainable farm products whenever feasible, l’etoile chef Mark Gresge prepares for your dining pleasure a delicious brunch to pair with our divine wines. Select one bottle each of white and red wine.
While we know we lose the ambiance of sitting on the DuCard patio for this event, we are adjusting, Covid-style for you, with links to menu and wine discussions from Chef Mark and Winemaker Julien. We will also enhance your experience in our DuCard tradition with a link to hours of relaxing, classical harp music.
Pick up is located at DuCard Vineyards on Saturday, February 13th from 2 to 6pm. Deadline for ordering is Wednesday, February 10th.
