Although this pink wine has become the go-to summertime drink for social media influencers, it’s actually one of the oldest types of wines ever made. Rosé isn’t specific to any particular grape variety, it’s more like a genre. Colors and flavors vary. It can be bone-dry and crisp or fruity and sweet. Some can even age.
