Virginia is Bear Country, and right now, black bears are busy searching for all the food they can eat to fatten up for winter. So, grab a bottle or glass of our Black Bear wine and learn about bear biology, human-bear conflicts, and what changes you can make to help reduce conflicts with bears in your neighborhood. Discussion is presented by Michelle Prysby and Janelle Catlett, Virginia Master Naturalist volunteers, in partnership with the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources.
Purchase three (or more) bottles of Black Bear to take home and receive a 10% discount. Did you know? We donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every bottle to the Shenandoah National Park Trust.
Reservations are recommended and can be made by emailing Beth.
