The afternoon’s entertainment is brought to you by the Blue Ridge Mountains, the amazing tulip field with 12,000 flowers creating a blaze of color, and the music of singer-songwriter Troy Breslow. Troy is a country music artist from Hampton Roads, VA and was recognized in 2018 as Country Artist of the Year in Norfolk.
